FENSA Approved & HomePro Verified

APH Windows are registered with FENSA and all our installations come with a FENSA certificate. The purpose of the FENSA Schemes is to allow approved companies / people to self-certify the compliance of controlled work in buildings that are subject to the applicable Building Regulations in England.

APH Windows have random FENSA inspections to make sure we apply by building regulations.

This certificate will be needed when you sell your property to pass to the new home owner.

The C System is a patented magnetic system with manual operation (raising and tilting function) for Venetian blinds incorporated within 20mm – 22mm cavity insulating glass units. The external magnet, fixed to the internal glass by double-sided high performance adhesive, allows perfect alignment with the internal magnet. Raising and lowering is controlled using a continuous cord loop that drives the external magnet.

The cord is held lightly under tension by a cord tensioner and fully complies with the British Blind and Shutter Association – ‘Make it safe’ campaign. The system is supplied with warm edge spacer bars as standard.

The ERA 2 Hook Euro Cylinder Door Lock is designed to meet the requirements of PAS 24 as part of a compliant door system, which requires that the lock can sustain a manual attack for three minutes.
