If you don't have photos or measurements — or if you'd simply prefer a visit — that's absolutely fine. We're always happy to arrange a home visit with one of our highly knowledgeable surveyors.

And for any order that we are fitting, a full survey visit will always take place to confirm exact sizes and specifications before anything is manufactured.

Our surveyors visit homes across Telford and the local area several times a week. During your visit, they will:

• Discuss your requirements and preferred styles
• Offer expert advice based on your property
• Take accurate measurements
• Confirm any technical details

This allows us to prepare a tailored, fully accurate quote.

For conservatories and orangeries: These projects involve additional structural considerations, design options and building regulations. Your surveyor will guide you through these extra steps, and we'll provide a more detailed, project-specific quote and timeline.

Your quote is processed in our office and sent to you the next day via email or can be posted if required.

You'll also receive a courtesy call to check everything is clear. Any questions or changes can be discussed — we want you to feel confident you're choosing exactly the right products.

Once you're happy, you can proceed in person, over the phone or via email.

We will:

• Draw up your contract
• Send it to you for approval
• Confirm deposit requirements (depending on order size)

Your order begins once we receive your signed contract.

After your contract is signed, we order all components — profile, glass, doors and hardware — and schedule your installation.

Depending on the size of your project:

• Whole-house installations often receive a fitting date straight away


• Single windows or doors may go onto our “slot-in list”, meaning you'll be contacted with a date when a fitting team becomes available

This system ensures smaller jobs are completed as quickly as possible, often sooner than expected.

Your new upvc windows and doors are manufactured right here in our Telford factory.

Our in-house team works with trusted suppliers to ensure every component arrives on time and meets our quality standards.

A couple of days before your fitting date, you'll receive a friendly reminder call from our office team.

We'll confirm:

• Your installation date
• Estimated arrival time
• Any final details you may need
• Answer any questions you may have

Our experienced fitting teams can arrive from between 8:00-8:30am, depending on the job.

They will:

• Bring all materials and tools required
• Follow a detailed fitting report
• Install your new products with care and precision
• Tidy up thoroughly — inside and out
• Take away all old materials

When they're finished, the only sign they've been is your new, sparkling windows and doors.

You'll be left with:

• Your invoice (payable on completion)
• A short questionnaire to share your experience

Once payment is received, you'll receive a courtesy email confirming everything is complete.

We’ll also invite you to:

• Share your experience on Google
• Send any photos of your new installation

If applicable, your installation will be registered with FENSA and HomePro. You'll receive confirmation directly from them — this can take a few weeks.
